Getting Started
How long does it take to set up Rabot?
Most customers are live within one day. Rabot deploys as a side-car alongside your existing WMS — no API changes, no software modifications. We ship pre-configured hardware (Rabot Pulse edge devices), you mount them at your pack stations, and the system starts capturing structured operational data immediately.
What hardware is required?
Rabot Pulse is a compact edge device that mounts above each pack station. It includes a camera, on-device AI processing, and secure connectivity. All video processing happens on-device — no raw video leaves your warehouse. We provide the hardware; you provide power and a network connection.
Do I need to change my WMS or IT infrastructure?
No. Rabot integrates with 15+ WMS platforms by intercepting order traffic — no API changes, no WMS modifications required. It works alongside Deposco, Extensiv, ShipHero, Packiyo, ShipStation, Blue Yonder, and others. Your existing workflows stay exactly the same.
Data & Privacy
Does Rabot record workers?
Rabot watches the station surface — what goes into the box. Not people. All faces are automatically blurred via on-device processing. No raw video leaves the warehouse. The system captures structured data about items, packaging, and order accuracy, not surveillance footage.
Where is my data stored?
Video is processed on-device by the Rabot Pulse edge hardware. Only structured data (order records, AI-identified events, exception flags) is transmitted to the Rabot cloud platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our security page for full details on our SOC 2 compliance and data handling practices.
Can I control data retention?
Yes. Data retention policies are configurable per customer. You control how long operational records and associated video clips are retained. Most customers keep 90 days of searchable history.
Integration & Compatibility
Which WMS platforms does Rabot integrate with?
Rabot currently integrates with 15+ WMS platforms including Deposco, Extensiv, ShipHero, Packiyo, ShipStation, Atomix, Cybership, Klairy, Blue Yonder, Camelot, and Shopify. New integrations are added regularly. If your WMS isn't listed, contact us — our side-car architecture makes new integrations straightforward.
Does Rabot have an API?
Yes. Rabot provides a REST API and webhook events for order data, exception alerts, and operational analytics. We also offer an MCP server for AI system integration. API access is available on Plus tier and above.
Can Rabot work with multiple warehouse locations?
Yes. Rabot scales across locations with centralized management through the Rabot Portal. DaVinci Micro Fulfillment runs 6 warehouses on Rabot. Each location gets its own Pulse devices, and all data rolls up to a single analytics dashboard.

How does Rabot pricing work?
Rabot is priced per station per month with hardware available as a separate monthly lease — no CapEx. There are three tiers: Starter (proof and evidence), Plus (prevention and real-time validation), and Enterprise (performance analytics and custom integrations). Training & Support
How much training is required?
Minimal. The Rabot Portal is designed for operations teams, not IT departments. Most users are productive within the first session. We provide onboarding support and ongoing access to our customer success team.
What support is available?
All customers get access to our support team. Enterprise customers receive dedicated account management and priority support. Partners have access to a dedicated partner support channel with faster response times.
